Creating a Showbase - Basing Alchemy Earth

Hi Folks,

This month is something from the past! The ghost of the past Painting Buddha. Today I am sharing some "lost files" with you. The first chapter of the Basing Alchemy Earth with you. This was a DVD series on different bases that Matt Cexwish and I did together! As it was an original DVD release the resolution was quite a bit lower and it can now be enjoyed in full HD for the first time.

This comes with a reason: I really tried hard to finish the dragon and edit the videos of it before the Las Vegas Open. The dragon was supposed to go to his new home the miniature museum in Vegas: Verko´s Vault. But As I received the model staggering 7 weeks later than I hoped it was not doable... and I overworked my right arm.

Now I have a super painful tennis elbow and was forced to take more rest than normally and this slowed down both my painting and also the video editing of the dragon.

I can´t tell you how much I hate missing the deadline.. my inner German is going crazy I hope to be able to release the next chapters of The Dragon soon, in the meantime please enjoy the creation of the basing Alchemy Earth showbase and the little time travel that comes with it :D
