Sanguinius vs Ka´Bandha - Sanguinius- NMM gold armor and red gem stones

Hi Folks,
August is here and it´s going to be completely dedicated to Sanguinius.
We will start with his shiny NMM armor and the red gemstones that are sprinkled all over.
Together we will discover the snow leopard pelt, the wings, the spear, and the face of Sanguinus in separate video chapters later this month.
As I only had 6 days in total to paint Sanguinius we had to find areas to save a little time, but as the armor is one of the main focus points within Sanguinius, we will invest a little more time here. But we are using the airbrush to save some time and get the yellowish base tone and the first pass of shadows established.
We will save some time on the wings by getting out the large drybrush ;)
All right... I hope you enjoy the summer, if it´s too hot for painting.. maybe do some "passive painting" and watch this video ;)

Darf ich fragen, wie du auf die Farben für das Bild gekommen bist? Ich wäre nie im Leben auf Cygor Brown und Medium Fleshtones gekommen. Ist das schlicht Erfahrung?
