1st Epsiode of the Feedback Fiesta

here is the 1st episode of something new..
the Coaching Feedback Fiesta is designed to give some Feed back to YOUR Projects.
I think it will make a great addition to the regular Painting Videos and it allows me to share some of the insight of how the virtual coachings here are prepared..

Hey Tobias, It can be helpful to practice blending on small primed wood cubes. I do that with my students to introduce them to new techniques. Its helpful to analyze the problems and troubleshoot them. For techniques like the loaded brush or glazing its good to work on a surface basecoated with a mid tone of the two colors that you are blending. <a href="https://www.benkomets.com/loadedbrush_testcubes-2/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.benkomets.com/loadedbrush_testcubes-2/</a>

2018-09-10 11:21:50 +0000 UTCAmazingly helpful, but still a bit beyond what i need as i still struggle to make fluid and convincing transitions. I know a video on the techniques of fluid transitions would probably be a little below the level of skill these guides are aimed at, but do you have any «quick» tips on how to practice to get good at them?
