In our "Friendly Takeover" we have decided to give you the very rare occasion to have a small glimpse into other Miniature Artists fantastic work on their patreon channels as well.

Matt and me travel the world together because of tiny little plastic soldiers since way over ten year , and I just love his ways of approaching Miniature projects and I am glad to be able to share this here with you in form of our "Friendly Takeover" - sneak peek with you!
I am sure you know who he is.. but let me do a small personal introduction..
So who is Matt?
Matt Cexwish is known to be an amazing painter and storyteller in scale.
He is known for his surprising narrative diorama projects.
His Patreon is quite different to mine and different to most miniature patreon,
Matt is not only sharing his thought process about how to create intricate bases and diorama , but also about where he gets his Inspiration and how to work with real-life references.
Bases are an often neglected topic.. but in the end a base is the fragment of the universe you models “life” is set in and it allows you to embed the figure its own world.
