Rogue One Stormtroopers ALPHA v0.6

Changelog:

- Stormtrooper mesh and texture improvements as well as QOL fixes

- Snowtrooper mesh and texture improvements (Note: Slight clipping on the Snowtrooper heavy but I fixed it to my best efforts)

- Heavy Stormtrooper Pauldron improvements to fit the armour better/look less floaty and also have less clipping

- Added an Add-On that replaces the Sandtrooper with the Shocktrooper

- Fixed a bug where the Honor Guard reinforcement of Instant Action Improvements would appear invisible
