Its the End of the Month!

As you may know months prior have been tough and not too good on here but I took a deep read into my exit surveys and decided I wanted to learn better from my mistakes. But I still dont have the feedback from the people that are still around. So I'd like to hear from you guys on what I can do to better this page to keep you guys here and actually reward you for your patronage.
