2024-01-15 16:32:55 +0000 UTCUncomfortable as it can be youll thank yourself for taking the extra time tore my shoulder a few years back and I lost a lot of my range of motion for reaching over my head took a lot of time to not only regain flexibility but then rebuild neglected muscle groups so I can work with my hands over my head
