Chapter 32: The Second Power is Activated

"Big Beauty! You know what? Today I learned the Shadow Clone Jutsu! We're getting closer and closer to our goal!"

Shiren rushed up to the fence.

The Two-Tails, who showed no fear toward Shiren and even grew closer as they made contact, wasn't sure how to respond.

The human and tailed beast were separated only by a fence, the last barrier between them, marking their division.

However, this fence was also the hardest barrier to cross.

In the past two weeks, Shiren had grown quickly, and the Two-Tails' injuries had nearly healed.

Not knowing what the Two-Tails had in mind, Shiren glanced at it.

The Two-Tails turned its head away and curled its lips. "Come on, feel my true power. See how much it enhances you."

If Shiren were to bear all of the Two-Tails' power, he wasn't ready for that yet.

The Two-Tails still had reservations, unable to fully trust the power in the hands of a child it had known for less than a month.

But if it was only a fraction of its power, Shiren should be able to endure it for a while.

Shiren's eyes lit up with excitement as he stretched out his hand through the fence to meet the massive cat paw.

At that moment, Shiren could only think of one thing:

In an instant, a surge of blue chakra exploded from the point of contact, wrapping around him.

Such a spectacle was a heavy blow to Shiren's senses.

He had seen destructive weapons in war, but nothing had ever caused destruction on the scale of the Two-Tails' display.

If Shiren had to explain, perhaps it was drawing a boundary between the realms of Yin and Yang? Constructing the order of the world itself?

And in the center stood the Two-Tails, as one of the few links between the two worlds.

Its eyes were blue on the dark side and yellow on the light side, adding to its otherworldly appearance.

Suddenly, everything spun again, and Shiren was back in the sealing space.

The once-proud Two-Tails was now staring at him, its lips pressed tight and its body trembling with uneven frequency.

Shiren didn't understand why the Two-Tails had changed, but he could sense something.

He quickly looked at his hands, noticing a faint blue chakra wrapped around his wrists, with traces of black chakra mixed in.

It looked like a virtual cat paw!

When Shiren tried to touch it, he felt no physical substance.

It was just a chakra simulation, probably due to the influence of the Two-Tails' chakra that had taken the form of a cat paw.

Additionally, Shiren noticed two cat ears had appeared on his head, giving him a feline appearance.

Thankfully, when he looked down, there were no embarrassing cat tails.

He let out a long sigh of relief.

Seeing Shiren's relieved expression, the Two-Tails couldn't help but burst into laughter, clutching its stomach.

Three black lines appeared on his forehead.
