Re: ridiculous development - Axel was literally introduced into the show, from the beginning, as a person who is struggling to fully accept his sensei's teachings.

2025-02-19 02:52:11 +0000 UTCThe way I took the Axel thing when he was walking away disappointed was with a combination Miyagi/Daniel saying.. Hey, he fought with honor, so that trophy might say 2nd place on it but he's still a winner. With Kreese I think this is what he meant that he told Kim Da-Eun and Tory about having "One last thing to do and then I'm gonna step aside." I think once he made up with Johnny and gave Johnny back Cobra Kai I think he wasn't gonna do it but then when he saw Silver talking to Johnny he couldn't let Silver do whatever he was planning. Of course Tory had to knock her teeth out coz of the nickname fans in Barcelona gave her "The tooth fairy" and the comment about her being "knocked out, surrounded by her teeth." And the final move that Tory did was almost exactly like the first move we ever saw Sam do at the end of season 1 or during season 2 I believe where she was in the Miyagi dojo and she did this spinning move that ended in a front stance punch. The set up and the spin was the same exact thing that Sam did except Tory did a spinning kick, so the drum wasn't the only thing that Sam taught her. I think the reason they didn't use it is coz they got interrupted, remember she was introducing the drum to her when Daniel and Amanda walked up to them. This is definitely the most perfectly executed series ever. I mean every single series that got canceled can thank the writers killing off a character for the show being cancelled, but this every part of this show has been executed to sheer perfection. And I have something to say about Kreese, Silver and the yacht but I'll wait until you guys have the last episode up.
