Cecil is in the right though.. Mark and the teen team acting on feelings.. Cecil is acting on what needs to be done.. its not about your feelings in war, its about warriors. In all of history of War, its always been about breeding the strongest forces.. Mark is against that

2025-02-13 16:22:11 +0000 UTCThere is a distinct difference. Cecil's argument is logic against Mark's emotion. This intro's argument is emotion against Bulletproof/Mark's logic. Completely different arguments arriving at the same conclusion...not everything is absolute/black and white.

It was filler for the sake of filler. Cecils backstory was perfect enough.. they couldve used the opening for something else entirely

It's part of the conversation of redeeming villains and that they are capable of change. This is the conversation that's happening between Cecil and Mark, and between Mark and Oliver.
