Just as a reminder, Lily and the members of SPERM (Inara and Maxie) are on their way to the Uterus Corporation building to try and release a cure for the F-Virus, which has turned most of the women in Cougar City into futanari zombies. So any suggestions that blatantly defy that setup won't be accepted so that we don't end up with another "Amber's Farm" situation where the actual story has nothing to do with the established setup.

I stand with Cassandra being the main antagonist, pulling the strings and seemingly having control of Sindra, until her plan backfires near the end. Then, when Sindra thinks she is gaining control, Cassandra injects herself with the semen she extracted from Sindra's testicles gaining incredible power, and becomes a Titan herself. Than she and Sindra battle for total control.
