This project began with a clear vision: to transform the way you view and build your spaces in The Sims. Over the years, I felt the need to offer more possibilities for those who, like me, want to pay attention to the small details and create truly unique and personalized builds. Molding, trims, cornices, and baseboards are often underestimated, but it’s these details that make a build special and memorable.
I wanted to combine the sophistication of traditional plaster moldings with the practicality and versatility of modular designs, allowing builders to have complete freedom. This collection brings the perfect balance between classic and contemporary, offering pieces that can adapt to any style or theme.
See how you can transform a scene with the right set of elements:

Why modularity?
Modularity was the key point of this project because I believe that every creator should have the power to shape their own space uniquely, without limitations. With this set, you can create details that harmonize with the rest of the build, mixing styles, modifying shapes, and achieving a personalized aesthetic.
🚪 What's included?
Horizontal Floor Molding – Smooth transitions between floor and wall.
Horizontal Wall and Window Molding – Highlight your surfaces and windows.
Plaster Slats – Add texture and sophistication to the space.
Roof Molding – The perfect finish to protect and beautify your build, available in preset angles of 26, 31, 37, 45, 56, and 71 degrees.
Modular Baseboard – The connection between floor and walls has never been so elegant.
Half Wall – Add depth to spaces by incorporating half walls of different heights and depths, which can be stacked to create walls within a smaller grid space.

This set was designed for visionary builders who seek more control and originality in their projects. Remember: Although the suggestions are to use the pieces on floors, walls, and moldings, you are free to discover unique combinations! You can frame stair railings, create custom chimneys, frame foundations, platforms, pools, and enhance any visual element you can imagine. The modularity is UNLIMITED, and the possibilities are endless!
In this small example, you can see some of the initial combinations I’ve created—everything you see has been modularized.

What you need to know:
This is my first set of objects modeled from scratch. I gave my best to deliver objects with the highest graphical and visual fidelity possible. I didn't know how to do any of this until three days ago. I dove in headfirst and spent hours working to ensure each piece could provide unique versatility, whether used alone or in combination.
You will need to use MOVEOBJECTS ON to combine some pieces. Since this is my first time creating, perfectly aligning them to the grid wasn't my priority, as I focused more on building a wide variety of pieces (34).
The advantage of this pack
Unlike other similar elements, you can move each piece with ALT, off-grid, which is why I didn’t worry too much about precise grid alignment.
I highly recommend using the S3DT mod, which allows you to move my pieces up and down using the shortcuts "[" and "]" when pressing Shift+D. Additionally, if you need more precise adjustments, simply press Shift + [ or ].
Another fact:
Individual shadows on pieces have been disabled to prevent this detail from ruining your builds. While I personally love the depth that Light and Shadow contrasts can provide, we know that The Sims 3 isn't the best friend of this system in some situations.
Known Issues
We know that The Sims 3 has some lighting conflicts, which can end up ruining your design. The pieces are small, and with the current light scattering, this can cause the color between one piece and another to appear differently under the following conditions:
Indoor environment
Outdoor environment with nighttime lighting
Although this is a bit inconvenient, these problems can be solved with smart placement of light points (a solution I used when building Willow Creek). I tried changing the shader, but it didn’t seem to have any effect. I’m actively committed to finding a solution for this, but if I can’t, I’ll create a lighting guide to support you in your builds.
The pieces were set to be hidden when the walls were lowered, but for some reason the game doesn't seem to obey the command. So possibly the frames will remain visible. (The cool part is that you could simulate a house under construction with all these elements)
Final Considerations and Download
I was so eager to share this with you, and I can’t wait to see what you’ll build with it! As a builder, this was an element I really missed, and I’m sure your future creations will be even more authentic!
As my modeling skills improve, I want to bring you new pieces to support you on this journey as you build truly authentic homes and community spaces that are so incredibly detailed they almost resemble Rabbit Holes.
Thank you for supporting me in this dream and contributing a small financial contribution to allow me the time I need to put my heart, focus, and energy into revitalizing The Sims 3 and making it an incredibly more advanced, current, and powerful game!
Please, if you share any images or videos, and want to tag me, or send me a message, I would be very happy! The best part of being a creator is finding out how my mods and cc are contributing and improving other people's games, however it is rare that I am able to find this content myself. I mean, having access to this would not only make me happier, but it would help me understand how I can improve and continue to perfect what I do to serve even more people.
(Please remember that unfortunately we do not have access to Twitter in Brazil.)
ALL the models have been remade from scratch! Although I created most of them just 2 or 3 days ago, as I worked with Blender, I identified several blind spots where the previous models were failing. To fix this, I rebuilt everything from the ground up and applied the correct shader so that the interior lighting no longer has issues.
As a way of thanking you for your patience and support, I'm expanding our catalog. Before, there were 34 pieces; now there will be 41. I did my best to adjust some pieces to the grid, making it more intuitive to modularize your house, although I'm still not doing this perfectly. Fortunately, you can use ALT to align anything that isn't fitting the grid. (By the way, now the pieces align perfectly with each other, unlike the first time.)

I also took the opportunity to create several L-shaped connectors to make it more intuitive to connect half walls of different heights...

With the lighting issue fixed, creating indoor environments will be even more delightful! Just take a look!

The roof frames will allow you to create the house of your dreams!

Now’s the time to dive in and discover everything the future of modularity has in store!
EDIT 11/09:
I'll tell you, every day I discover something new. I noticed that the roof trim had a mesh on the back with a pretty unpleasant texture. These trims were designed to be used on both sides, so I fixed the issue and, as a gift, included an additional set (two pieces) of trim for foundations <3

They are more rounded, and can be used on foundations, fences, and even as roof ornaments—just get creative!! I hope you like them, and once again: REMOVE ALL PREVIOUS CONTENT before installing this new version. I apologize; I’m learning in real time as I share all of this with you and fixing issues along the way. Thank you for your patience <3

TODAY Our modular set will be available to everyone. And to celebrate, I’ve added a few more pieces. We now have a total of 49 modular pieces to enchant and decorate your Sims’ homes!

DOWNLOAD (20/09)
To install, simply unzip the folder into your mods folder.
REMEMBER: As mentioned before, to be able to move the pieces on the vertical axis you will need the S3DT mod.
Have an amazing Sunday, I'm excited to see how this set will expand your vision for building!
