Modularization is the future!

This is my first object and I'm loving it! Actually, it's not the first one; the first was this awning/ramp, but what came next...

I will be creating many frames in different sizes and shapes because I see framing as the future of construction in The Sims 3. I'm sure they will ENHANCE even more the appearance of the buildings you create, in unique ways! You can snap them into place, move them off the grid, and even make them go up and down.

With this, you can create frames for windows, for the entire building, regardless of your goal. And later on, as my experience progresses, I want to bring ramps and many other ways to customize homes, so that in the future, your houses will be even more beautiful than all the rabbit holes combined!

Up until now, our builds had to be flat. We don't have much variety in ornaments, frames, or baseboards to make our Sims' houses even more brilliant and magnificent. I started learning how to model today and created these pieces, which can be used both outside and inside. Obviously, I’ll remake them because they look great in metal textures, but they need improvement to work well with any texture. Anyway, I wanted to share this vision with you and invite other skilled creators to join us in this future. The future is modular, and this will definitely change the way we build in The Sims!
