Retro Rewind
Added 2021-08-18 12:01:01 +0000 UTCHope everyone’s summer is going well! I’ve been having a bit of an odd summer myself, very hot and very rainy, but writing these stories has kept me busy!
This story is a return of sorts for a character who, I believe, hasn’t shown up since my very first Stepford Game story. However, as you’ll see, it has a few other surprises as well. I do like the little small appearances from the elderly gentleman who sells Stepford trinkets though, and I hope to use him more often than I have. He’s a fun and easy way to introduce magical and/or reality altering elements to a story.
I also wanted to take this opportunity to indulge in showing off another fairly healthy and loving couple, which is always a nice little treat. I love sinister stories and sweet ones in equal measure~

Hes doing righteous work! This actually made me go back and reread Rock Around the Clock, which is still one of my fav one off stories of yours

And you can definitely expect to see more of his wares down the line! The old man comes and goes, and always leaves happy housewives behind~

I love the time-traveling clock and more than that I love that this hobby shop and it’s elderly gentlemen proprietor possess many different magical artifacts of Stepfordization, not just the board game! I hope we get to see more examples down the line
