69 Days After; Steam Update!

This new version does not contain any new content unfortunately, so I won't be pushing it to Patreon, but I still plan to release some content updates for it in the future. This version however is just some simple housekeeping.
This version update adds 3 missing Achievements to the Steam version of the game, the last 3 on the list displayed in game. This version will also check new files for Custom start options, and bar Steam Achievements from files which don't use the default settings. Old Files created with Custom options will not be retroactively effected, only new files created in this version will be subject to this rule, and you can see on the Save/Load screens if a file is being barred from earning Steam Achievements. If a red message appears stating "No Steam Achievements," the file will not earn them. If this warning is absent, it should not be effected.
