Updating Demos: Opinion Poll

I've been considering updating the demos for all games for a while now, but I was wondering what everyone thinks is the best way to approach this. For example, should the demos lock out content, or should there be a time limit but all of the content is available? Or even a combination of the two.

That's a great point, even "locking out" content could be circumvented depending on the method. It would likely be necessary to delete some code from the demo version as well. Thanks for your input

2024-04-15 02:27:20 +0000 UTCIMHO, demo builds shouldn't contain any of the full game content. I'd only assume the timer would eventually get 'cracked'.
