US Canada Tour Review Live!

I love Arms' optimism. He found the nicest thing to say about the Rust Belt cities (Pittsburgh, Cleveland) and he gave the tour a 10. He's always so sweet. Was he reunited with his bag? Did the hotel send it on?

The lads talking about the shows from their point of view is really interesting. Having to check why people are not reacting the way you are used to while at the same time having to continue with the sketch sounds complicated.

And did they announce when in Edinburgh fringe they are performing? I may be able to go there but am having trouble finding info on fringe website

Arms didn't sound as loud & clear as the other two sometimes, but otherwise this is delightful 😊 (Hope you've gotten caught up on your sleep now, lads!) It was neat to hear about things like the challenges of working the audience in different venues, and the use of Uber drivers for publicity purposes! Sorry to hear about the flight attendant, and Duck being mistakenly considered suspicious - could he change his name before your next Canadian tour perhaps? 😁 Or you could do a show in Sidney, B.C. (on the west coast) where there is a street called James White Boulevard!

Love this so much! THANK YOU ! The DC show at Lincoln Theater was terrific, as I know they all were.

My daughters live in Pittsburgh--saw you their with one of them and our husbands; great show!. Pittsburgh has more to it than you saw. So many hills, the inclines, museums, major sports teams, the three rivers, history--and more bridges than any other city, so they say. One of those daughters is an ASL interpreter. I don't know what the ethics are in the UK, but interpreters are definitely not to make it about themselves here, she's very adamant about that! You should definitely spend more time in DC--so much to see and a nice city just for walking around the National Mall. I'm going there this weekend!

Hopefully it won't be a bad Fire season this year and they'll be able to enjoy the West Coast trip. Fingers crossed! Also, I think they should take the train for their Portland/Seattle/Vancouver zigzag back and forth - the train ride is really picturesque.

Thank you so much for the insight into what it is like on tour. You do work hard and need days off to recover. Get that manager of yours to organise better time off. Remember this is your life your spending, need to have the time to fully appreciate it. xxx

Guys I’ve just had a look at the second leg and you’re not really going up the West Coast in a line, so brace yourselves for that. There do seem to be a few more rest days built in though. Look after yourselves!

I’d wondered about this!😂 And when Arms mused if it was a suburb of Denver, I thought , ‘careful, there!’ Boulder thinks of itself as much more hip, interesting and educated than Denver, and definitely not just a suburb! However , when they first announced the tour, they weren’t sure what state it was in, and guessedCalifornia, so they are learning !😅 Doesn’t Foil rock climb? Boulder kicks off the 2nd leg of their North American tour, and Colorado is a vacation paradise. Maybe they can schedule a few days (better a week!) of fun before the grind of the tour starts 🧗‍♀️🚡⛰🚵‍♀️

😂 them fumbling over their lack of knowledge on Boulder 😂😂😂 yes it is a city, near Denver, right at foot of mountains a university town. And yes there’s lots of climbing in Boulder/Denver both inside and outside. And does FAH rock climb???
