Finalizing Settings Menu

I've programmed the final video settings menu. You can see here you are given a number of 'Overall' settings, which set each of the specific sections to that value, or you can play around with them individually yourself. You can also choose to display FPS or not. These settings will save and persist across all gardens (you'll notice a new file in the SaveGames folder called 'settings.')

These settings have given me a range from 15-55 FPS while in editor, so you should see even better speeds in the built version. The settings shown above are actually fairly optimal as far as I can tell right now, although that may vary by machine (I got fairly high quality at 40 FPS with these.)

I'm going to mess around with audio a bit and see if I can add a complete Audio Settings menu to this screen. (This has now been done, as seen above!)

Patrons can expect an update with this and a few bug fixes on the 18th!
