The Year Ahead!

Hello all,

I'm aware the New Year is always awash with this kind of thing, but it is inevitably a time of planning and scheming - and that includes those of us working on the YouTube channel.

I wanted to write to update you on a project and ask for your suggestions and feedback.

Firstly - the year's first "big" project is now in post-production. It's a documentary titled "How Starbucks Popularised The V60", and I promise the title will make sense when you watch it.

We interviewed a bunch of people for it, and quickly realised that in trying to meet our goal of a sub-20-minute YouTube video, we'd be leaving some gold on the cutting room floor. So we're making a Patreon-only extended version, which will include more stories and insights. We'll experiment with releasing an audio-only version, with a slightly different structure, for people who'd prefer a podcast format. These two versions will be available to all Patreon supporters and will also be released to a wider audience as a purchasable bundle (not for much money, though!)

We're working through the other big projects for the year, and alongside this we'd like to get the cadence back up a bit on the more traditional videos - things like reviews. In the immediate pipeline are videos about the Fellow Aiden, the Zerno Z1 grinder, a very very cheap espresso machine (from everyone's favourite German multinational, family-owned, discount supermarket chain), and a very expensive lever machine (that will make one of you very happy, I suspect), and a not as expensive lever machine (that will also make one of you very happy).

We're also examining which technique videos would be the most useful this year, and you're very welcome to share your thoughts here! Please leave a comment, and if you agree with someone's comment, like it so I can get an idea of how popular each might be! (Thank you!)

In addition - feel free to throw any other requests that you have at me. We have a pretty full slate of ideas already, but we're always open to ideas, suggestions and inspiration!

Over the last year, this Patreon has enabled us to make videos we're very proud of and hope offer lasting value to those who watch them. I'm very grateful for that, and I will always want to take any and every opportunity to say thank you!

Thank you!

Best,

James

Comments

Would love to see you do a v60 vs Aeropress (maybe the premium) blind taste test!

Farbs

I’d love a video on best Kalita Wave techniques, best Kalita to get (Tsubame? Steel? Glass? Ceramic? Help!) etc. I’m in the market for my first flat bed brewer, and the Kalita makes the most affordable filters, so is easiest to purchase!

eggbunni

I'm a bit late to the party so I'll just throw this out here for future consideration. James - since you mentioned elsewhere that you're looking at doing a scale test refresh, I can only assume that a storage container test refresh will happen at some point. Whenever that happens, would you mind doing comparisons with the original coffee bag? Maybe opened, closed with tape, closed with clip... Maybe sampling at the top and bottom of bag... I have a hypothesis that a closed bag is just as good as a displacement solution, and thus, better than "air tight". This also begs the question: is an open bag worse or the same as air tight? I imagine that where you keep an open bag could significantly affect the quality as well (i.e. no versus some air movement). Sadly, I don't have the palate or endurance to maintain objectivity when doing successive taste tests.

Ross Niemi

New subscriber to Patreon here, id love to see your views on the Gaggia GT. is it any good?

Hiro Summerfield

Would love a feature on how to build your coffee set up over a year or two … aimed at those who want to get serious about their coffee but don’t necessarily have deep enough pockets from day one. I’m thinking a reasonably inexpensive but good quality espresso machine as your initial purchase ( so one that can be used with pressurised baskets i.e. no need for a grinder at this stage as you can buy pre-ground coffee). Then, next purchase would indeed be a grinder further down the line… that’s your two steps to building decent home set up… but wonder what else you could purchase along the way to keep things interesting, …

Allan G

I second more content on home roasting! :)

Tobias Völkel

I would love to learn more about coffee roasting and sourcing of the coffee. Ethics of the coffee trades, more pour-over, v60, Hario switch techniques. Love your content, cheers.

Nedzhatin Dzheman

More dark roast content pls there are dozens of us!

Michael Weaver

Hi james, one suggestion from a new patreon subscriber. I would be curious to have your views on the benefits/downsides of portafilter diameters less (or even, significantly less) than 58mm. Presumably the lower the diameter the mechanics of extraction start to change and it feels like the results of this haven't been debated a lot (at least not lately?). Cheers!

Mihalis Chatzis

Enjoyed doing the decaf coffee tasting. Whilst the decaf was delicious, it didn't hit the spot quite like the full caf in terms of flavour. I wonder about something in-between - would be interesting to see a video focussing on half-caf. Is it a good in-between? Is there still too much caffeine?

Josh

Would love to see maybe some videos about optimizing brewing at altitude (someone please enlighten me if this already exists). But I am at ~1610 meters and therefore can't get my brew temps high (for lights roasts in particular) and I wonder if there are things I can do with that as a consideration. Cheers!

Evan Stoecker

I totally agree here, and 2nd this idea. I struggle with determining 'when' I've dialed in my pour with a new bag unless I've had a really good cup of the same coffee from a local cafe (which usually means I've bought the bag at said cafe). In the world of online ordering and coffee subscriptions, this baseline doesn't really exist. Taking a look at it from a professional's mindset could be a game changer, especially from beloved personalities as Greg mentions. Of course, I'm always for supporting local! Nonetheless, sometimes my cafe doesn't have a coffee I prefer, the roasts are quite a bit out of date, or I want to try something new, etc.

Andy Maciejewski

Absolutely love the idea of podcast/made-for-audio releases of your extended or uncut videos.

assassin_co

Yes please! That is an amazing idea for 1st of April.

jcobzemann

I am also feeling lost. Everyone is talking about getting the freshly roasted coffee delivered home, but I have no idea where to get a bag of that freshly roasted coffee without spending more than necessary. But I don’t even know how to find a roasting workshop in the first place. And I don’t also know what is the adequate price for freshly roasted coffee vs the “old” (and often overly expensive) coffee you can buy at your local grocery store.

jcobzemann

Would love to see: Your thoughts about the coffee equipment industry and maybe giving them a try. And also your thoughts and review of a new (seems good) KUKU Maker. Trying weird coffee processes and recipes with thoughts.

Fahad Alhusainan

Would love a Collab with the English rugby team! I see few of them love their home set up, Ellis Genge for example.

Olli Goldwin

I would like to see: -a guide to buying coffee online/ recommendations on good websites -thoughts on the gagguino project -odyssey argos -thoughts about lance’s new take on wdt

Ethan Daller

Another thought: a Keurig pod taste test, akin to the US grocery store coffee taste test. That way when I’m stuck at the office/in a hotel I can know what to avoid and what to try to tolerate.

Isaac Church

I would love to see a scientific deep dive in RPM on grinders. It seems likena feature that is in high demand, but no one seems to know what it really does. Sometimes faster rpm is finer grinds, sometimes it means less fines. I would to see what is causing this shift in performance over different grinders. Mainly for flat burrs, as for conical there seems to be more consensus (slower is better).

Coen Wouters

I'd love to hear your thoughts and approach to making Sprovers

Phil

Agreed! Some great new products like lotus water have come out which provide so many options to customize water. Would love to hear about other options and get some unbiased thoughts on these alternatives!

Jordan Jowett

Good point, thanks for pointing this out!

Oscar Höfenstock

I fear the logistics, but a collaborative tasting set through Cometeer where several YouTube coffee personalities pick a roaster and a coffee and “dial-in” a concentrate with Cometeer which represents what they each feel is an “ideal” or “benchmark” cup of filter coffee indicative if their preferred style of cup. Each person produces a video about the coffee they chose, about the attributes which make it a great cup of coffee for them, and containing a v60 brew-guide. Participants can purchase the Cometeer set and, in one way or another, purchase the roasted coffees so they can try the benchmark concentrate and then work with the beans to replicate the benchmark. Just knowing what various coffee personalities admire in a great cup of coffee and strive for when brewing provides so much useful context for watching their content.

Greg Savich

I would add that I experience many people who conflate fermentation method (i.e. aerobic, anaerobic, etc.) with coffee cherry mucilage processing method (i.e. washed, honey, natural). Even experienced speciality baristas I know have believed an anaerobically fermented coffee was different from a washed, honey, or naturally processed coffee. Seems like it may be helpful to disambiguate fermentation methods from mucilage processing.

Greg Savich

Definitely yes to various styles of espresso and how to adjust time and grind for them.

Levi Thomas

I’ve only just discovered your developing film in caffenol video and as a fellow medium film shooter and coffee nerd I’m wondering how YouTube has taken four years to bring the video to my attention! I’d love to see more about this connection and to hear if you’re still shooting film today. I spotted you at the Photography Show last year and assumed it was for video making kit, but I’m wondering if you were shopping for film now…. Great to hear you have more videos in the pipeline - your channel is one of my faves and has sent me down many, many caffeinated rabbit holes.

Helen Hooker

Water recipes, a couple of popular ones ., that an average enthusiast can replicate at home . How long they can be stored … does it matter what container…etc etc. I have seen your vid on TWW etc. that was great but kinda expensive . Please include ideas for espresso machines such as …. It’s ok to include calcium if…. Easy access to boiler ….and you can clean with xyz solution… Last but not least, what types of coffees will benefit most from specialized recipes.

Brian Kushner

Would like to see: - The various styles of espresso (turbo, alonge, trad, soup, ristretto etc), and how to approach them dialing in - Meticulous review - Argos review - Flat/no bypass recipe

Eirik Nilssen

I think I would like a comparison of the different espresso machine styles. What is the pro and con of a Thermoblock or a dual boiler. Which one heats up faster and makes more sense for a home user. What will be future developments based on your experience visiting expos and so on.

Kevin

I would really like to see a „detailed“ comparison between different processing methods (natural, washed, honey, anerobic, thermal shock, antimaceration, etc) how/why they work and how they influence taste and the brew behaviour (if at all). Same can be said about different coffee varieties. I look forward to your next projects/videos, and wish you and your team the best of luck in this new year! Cheers!

Oscar Höfenstock

I'm just happy to be here.

James Kenny

That would be so much fun. I felt like I was dying watch that video.

Thomas Elder

As a semi serious joke, do some testing on whether attaching an audio transducer to your portafilter would have any effect on the shot quality by means of vibrating channels closed during extraction. Are certain frequencies or songs better for shot quality? Does your coffee taste better Rickrolled?

Logan C

Happy New Year! Your channel has become favourite on YT in a matter of days, and while I have a lot to catch up on, I am looking forward to new videos. I'm just a nerdy gal with a moka pot and I'm here for anything you do!

Midge

All the videos have been good, useful and/or entertaining so looking forward to whatever is next. Home roasting and a comparison or review of some home roasters (Kaleido M2) would be good.

Spencer

How-to on cupping has already been done several years back: https://youtu.be/cSEgP4VNynQ From How to Make the Best Coffee at Home he also mentions comparative tastings (not necessarily cuppings, just multiple prepared coffees side by side) is extremely useful for building your skill to taste coffee. There was also the beginners guide to tasting coffee: https://youtu.be/kEZZCQTSSAg

hofstee

Brad Leone did one not too long ago! NilesBlue(Red) did a video of fruit to cup last week.

Charlie Johnson

Resuming the regular sub-20-minute reviews and how-to's sounds good. In particular, the side-by-side comparisons of different grinders, machines, methods, etc. are interesting and helpful. In addition, occasional more in-depth videos, whether sub- or super-20-minute videos, would be especially interesting and informative; for example, along the lines of your recent exploration of the decaffeination processes, or like past explorations of technical/scientific topics, interviews with academic researchers or industry professionals, and so forth.

Michael L.

There was something like this for the Aero press. It was really fun to watch IMO. I'm also a sucker for trade studies.

Charlie Johnson

Ooh thanks, great tip, I've never seen a sizer with that much granularity before!

Eric Davies

Kruve has the Brewler to help size the grind setting. It was helpful for me when starting out. Maybe using a millimeter ruler next to the pictures of grounds would help?

Charlie Johnson

Oooh, lever machines!!!

bloodhand1

I would love to see a watch-along review of the Nile Blue roasting coffee video. “Making coffee from scratch” or something is the name. You will not be able to believe it, but he is dead seriously trying his best.

Mace Saenger

•Coffee production and processing (honey vs natural vs washed) •Fermentation/co-fermentation •Guides to origins, like a video format of World Atlas Yes please! As a career coffee person I second on these🤍

Haruka Kimura

A few things I struggle with: * How do I figure out a good target grind setting if I don't have one of the common grinders? It's hard to do visually. V60 has time as a measurable variable but that has other factors, and with Aeropress I'm a bit lost. When I settle on a grind setting after experimenting based on taste, I'm not actually sure whether what I have is "fine", "medium-fine", etc. * More in depth on cupping for tasting might be nice. Does it always give you a good view into the best cup you could make? Is there anything about cupping that might be misleading? * Maybe more generally, when I get a limited amount of beans, how do I quickly get the most out of it? If I have less than 100g of an unfamiliar coffee, how do I get to a good cup quickly so I don't waste premium beans? Is there like a binary search approach? * What's the deal with "Italian style"? I've been to a bunch of places where this means "bitter dark roast espresso"; is this just a reaction to third wave light roast trends? Is there a real "Italian style" that they're failing to replicate?

Eric Davies

He did a video on caffenol (film development with coffee) several years back: https://youtu.be/9bhOtTUtPhg

hofstee

A VLOG revival of JH from most recent trips would be cool in comparison to the early starts

JP

It would be nice to get a ,how to dial in’ the new version of xBloom Studio incl opinion of the grinder in the JH style, especially differences between decaf and normal coffee

JP

Ever since the set changed to include more books I’ve been trying to read those titles!!

Kim L. B.

In a world where every youtuber keeps on making ever-longer multi-hour epic video essays about every trivial thing they can think of, it’s super refreshing that you’re holding yourself to a 20-minute limit.

fluffy

Oddessey argos? Noticed it in the deep frying vid

Daniel Ballard

Maybe a "cool coffee science" series that could possibly involve more animation/editing to visually explain things, such as *why* different shaped vessels make a difference in taste, maybe a visual explainer video on channeling and water flow through coffee/how extraction works, etc.

Mike Ouellette

Realizing now that you've reviewed their previous product. Might still be worth experimenting with a recipe of your own—I've had to break a lot of my habits around v60 and the clarity in the cup is astonishing.

Mark Forsman

I still haven’t seen anyone with a decent platform online review The Little Guy Espresso Maker. I think it’s the best stovetop coffee machine and would love to hear someone’s thoughts on it.

Leigh Coleman

I think it could be fun to do a “coffee of the world” that is a sort of whirlwind tour of different drink types that may or may not necessarily fit in with specialty coffee. Things like kopi tubruk, Indian filter coffee, Turkish coffee, Greek coffee, Cafe Cubano, Vietnamese coffee, Arabic coffee, etc. Could even bring out the Tias Kettle again ;)

hofstee

Would love your thoughts and review on Gaggiuino.

Quresh Mohamed

As a bald man, I'd love to see an immersive V/R sequence on what it's like living with that luxurious head of hair. Oh, oh.. coffee.. right. An updated take on pour-over technique with comparisons between agitation and swirl would be welcome.

mclardass

Happy New Year James,

Quresh Mohamed

yes, please, and also varietals as a sister-video.

Michail Huber

You made all kinds of videos about Pourovers, Immersion and Espresso-based drinks. Even the Mokapot got its moment. Why not completing that set by making a video about the Ceswe/Ibrik and turkish/arabien style coffee?

titan

Happy New Year! Some things I'd be interested in for 2025. - a Hoffee Coffee podcast (video/audio). More JH interview content! - ultimate recipe for deep27 - how to hack a sub-optimal setup (e.g. espresso-like coffee with an Ode??) - developing film with coffee (why and how?) and other non-consumption uses of coffee - more 3D printed coffee products - JH advice on when to say "good enough" with my setup/thoughts on the home coffee gear industry - blind/triangle tastings with origins/processes - how the heck to organize all this coffee gear?!?/crafting a coffee bar.

Jacob Anderson

I would love a pourover technique video that tries communicate how big of a difference certain adjustments make in the overall process of producing a cup of coffee. I.e.: same beans, same day, same water, same person doing the brewing, how big of a difference (1-5) do the following changes make: - center pour vs circle pour - grinding "a bit" finer/coarser - 1 pour vs 3 pours vs 5 pours - samo bloom - v60 vs kalita - 90C vs 100C - etc. give people an idea of how much certain things move the needle.

Michail Huber

It would be cool to see a how-to video on coffee cupping and some of your insights to approaching cuppings and whether it's useful for a coffee drinker to engage in it regularly.

Jonathan Blackhall

I would be very curious to hear your thoughts on the NextLevel Pulsar brewer. It's produced some of the most incredible cups of coffee that I've had recently. It's taken interesting coffees and revealed flavors that I couldn't taste with a v60. I feel like it's a brewer that showcases the coffee in a way that respects the new craft growers and roasters are putting into the bean.

Mark Forsman

Really looking forward to the Zerno Z1 video and your opinion on the prebreaker! Hope to see a comparison between the standard medium feed and the slow feed auger and how they interact with the different burrs. Also, are blind burrs the future? And is such an expensive coffee grinder with “only” 64mm worth it, or at this price is it better to buy one with larger burrs?

Jacob Bühler

Hey James and team, happy 2025! I'd love to see a video done on coffee and espresso cups that claim to enhance flavour, and experience. Think Origami cups, as an example. Would also love to see you highlight historical brew methods and put them to the test against a modern equivalent. Coffee has come a long way, but how can one truly appreciate that if not an occasional look back. I hope you have a ✨ perfectly dialed in day✨

Cheyenne A

Would love a technique video on how to dial in turbo shots (10-15 sec shots, with a little longer ratio). It boggles my mind as grinding finer is typically a good tool when dialling in traditional shots, but since with turbos we are looking for faster flow it kind of defies the purpose.

Lau Lauritzen

Would love to see: •Comparison of various dripper shapes (V60 vs Kalita vs Melitta) and how to modify technique/grind size for each •Guide to dialing in filter coffee •Coffee production and processing (honey vs natural vs washed) •Fermentation/co-fermentation •Guides to origins, like a video format of World Atlas •Modified technique for non-58 portafilters, if it makes a difference •Detailed comparison of filter papers, covering a broader range •Explanation and dialing in of non-1:2 ratio espresso, including much longer shots

Isaac Church

I'm always trying to read the titles of the coffee books on the shelves of the set. A look at the current (or past) coffee books that are worth reading would be nice. I remember learning lots reading about how cocoa is grown and it's history, I expect the same is true for coffee.

Steve Wilcox

xBloom review, Siphon guide, insights into the tests and challenges of being a Qgrader or other barista qualifications for those who aspire to fully understand how to taste everything you guys are tasting, Tour of your favorite cafes and baristas in various countries (I'm here when you come to Tokyo), and a review of the Nucleus Paragon v2.

Mad Martigan

He did a studio tour with much of that here: https://www.facebook.com/jameshoffmanncoffee/videos/ad-studio-tour/693319335415785/ It’s got a small ad for some computer stuff. He also did a much bigger behind the scenes for the great cup of coffee video but I feel that one is quite different from most of what he films. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-TvZtOanB_E

Mathew Lavery

Happy New Year! I have a v60, Switch, Hoop and soon to have the deep27. Would like a general purpose dialing in guide for pour overs. I realize each one is different, but if you could give some basic guidelines to follow I think it’d be great!

Robert Sanders

I’d love to see a video on “ The Art of Dialing In” so I don’t have to go through half a bag of beans before I find the sweet spot grind size.

Sylvie

I love all your videos, especially does I didnt know I needed them to exist! As a request, I like all the testing of divers brewer, also videos in which you review more than one. And also I was wonderin what you think about the morning machine and the Version 2 of the xbloom. An afterthougt about the decaf project. What did you learn, which did you like most, etc. And a rewiev about the nanofoamer and nanofoamer pro.

Miri_from_züri

An overview, comparing and contrasting the different types of espresso machines (heat exchangers, single boilers, dual boilers, thermoblocks etc) would be very neat and useful!

Sofía C

Great ideas!

Walter F Carroll

Absolutely.

Walter F Carroll

I'd love a review of the Weber Bird if only to curb the subtle but nagging impression that I could somehow be using it better! Possibly a head to head with the new luxury glass aeropress?

Chris Fox

I agree with Joel on this. I was just thinking about it yesterday.

Walter F Carroll

I'd be interested in seeing a video comparing manual brewing vs. some of the new intelligent brewers (Aiden, xbloom, etc.) I have the xbloom and it has become my everyday go to.

Seth Heydinger

I appreciate hearing of these interesting plans. I thought someone should point out that your fourth paragraph appears twice in slightly different versions. I imagine you'll want to correct that! Have a great day.

Moshe Feder

I’d love to see a “Best brew coffee grinder for under £250” style video as a buddy to the espresso one from a month or two ago…

Matias Korhonen

I love testing videos, everything from machinery to coffee sweets :) Have you considered a testing coffee bags, these are hugely popular in my office (not with me I have my own cafetiere)

Manda H

Ditto, with a comparison of different types of filters e.g. metal, cloth, paper. Also gives a lot of scope for indulgent slow motion brewing

Glen Lowry

I had a friend that made his own syphon system from lab equipment.. Could we throw that in as part 1 (building your own)... maybe that might make it more universal?

Odin1eye

I'd really like to see a video or even a series on origin characteristics.

Simo Malinen

Probably not a popular idea but I’d love a refresh on “end-game” grinders and whether there are any new contenders or whether those you talked about in your 2021 videos still rank highest.

LarryCucumber

James, the people yearn for the biscuit/specialty coffee pairing video. I am happy to provide white chocolate digestives should you require them

JJ McGuckin

Chemex - I know it's a similar technique to the v60 but I've always found it surprisingly hard to dial in and get the most out of it.

Tom Declat

Great to see that some of the more traditional videos will be coming back. Longer videos with higher production values are great but the output of reviews and technique videos has really been missed.

Joe Lawrence

Flat bottom brewer (particularly the Kalita-style) comparisons with V60-style would definitely rank high on my video wishlist

John Fogarty

Hey James, First of all, thank you so much for all the wonderful projects and videos you and your team have provided us over the last year. Regarding the V60 documentary: I cannot wait, and I’m glad you want to publish a podcast-style version. I am one of those people who loves long and insightful stories and perspectives, but finding 30 minutes to 1 hour just to watch videos can be quite hard for me. The possibility to listen while cooking, doing laundry, stretching, etc., is awesome—thank you! In terms of requests: I love everything you put out when it feels like you enjoyed it yourself as well. Those things resonate with me the most. One type of video I would love to see is a comprehensive and structured guide on how to approach and dial in a simple V60. Not just an easy guide or recipe, but an in-depth "Here are all the variables you can change, and each one does the following..." From temperature, grind size, flow rate, number of pours, blooming, etc. Wish you and your team all the best for the upcoming year.

Felix Glawe

Would love to see a review of the Bialetti Brikka and if it actually lives up to it's claim of producing results "similar to the espresso coffee served at the bar: full-bodied, intense and with lasting creaminess."

JU

Bring back the Backwoods Mustache!

Robert Wrigley

could not agree more (about the fact that I want that too, but also that it might not be *useful* for a lot of people)

Maurin Ciquie

Good water for our coffees is a big question- would love to get your bigger picture view on what to assess when deciding on water filters.. No disposable plastics? Taste? Limescale build-up in kettles?

Alexander Deriziotis

I absolutely loved your decaf project and was thrilled to participate (Sugarcane process for me was the big winner, and I was very surprised). I would LOVE to see something similar done with processing... wet vs natural vs honey etc... I would really enjoy comparing the same beans processed differently to see if I could identify a difference and choose a favorite.

Odin1eye

For a home enthusiast like me anything in the coffee supply chain is as much interesting as it is otherwise unknown and/or unreacheable.

David Lundholm

An Ultimate Flat Bottom Brewer Method would be very much appreciated!

Sam Lieberman

Although it seems like you left 2 different versions of the same paragraph in this release somehow 🤔

Matthew Bingham

If you could digest The Physics of Filter Coffee by Gagné and make that into an interesting coffee science/technique video or series that would be amazing

Matthew Bingham

You need to taste and get into the art of making Arabic coffee and also Turkish coffee

Ahmed Moussa

Survivalist coffee making in the woods

C Love

I would love to see a "behind the scenes" video. One where you would take us to the thinking process of making a video. The difficulties you encounter. But also the fun bits and afcourse the bloopers. Who is behind the camera. Who is behind sound and audio. Just the working process and the people behind all the great great content of the James Hoffmann YouTube channel. Thank you so much for all the great usefull, informative and funny content. Every time I need to know something about coffee I always click on your videos first.

Kai Yasuda

Cowboy Coffee🙏

Sylvie

I would like to see an updated espresso machine head to head like the recent (ISH) grinder reviews. Although, that's a lot of work. I'm enjoying what's coming out the moment. The weird questions that no one was asking (well not asking a loud).

C Love

One day I’d live to see a video about coffee making from tree to roasting. I have little idea how it happens, and it would be interesting!

Peter

Cheers, mate!

Lars Roecker

The v60 is obviously hugely popular, but hario have since released a dripped called the Pegasus. Id be curious in a side by side comparison and how taste/consistency differ.

Singularis

I don't know about *useful* but a long desired siphon brewing guide/ultimate recipe would be super keen.

Jason Crenshaw

Oooh, love an extended release.

Josh Grey
