Kat's ears in particular have always been a bit off to me... part of that comes from sort of reverse-engineering the design of her furry form based on her human form, where she just has pointy, ear shaped tufts of hair. But I based their position mostly on what looked good for human Kat, and they ended up kind of weirdly positioned and oddly shaped.
