2022-11-22 15:26:41 +0000 UTCThe only issue in my experience is that they don't stay in very well. The hook isn't a bad idea, they're just too heavy for it to work. If you're not going to be in a position where it will stay in very well, it's a good idea to have something holding it in. I think there are strap-on harnesses that have an open hole, and that would work, but I feel like snipping a hole in a cheap pair of panties that fit pretty snugly might work.
