Sometimes, that results in a moderately less successful chapter. And then there are days like today, where we make the theme work by boarding the good ship Gleeful Silliness. Bossing the Rubik Con. Honestly man, how does your brain work. :P

I’ve been absolutely addicted these last couple of months—almost 18 books! I nerded out early on and built my own spreadsheet to track each player’s improvements throughout the series (I didn’t want to wait until the end of each book to see the CP increases). I even made myself a little soccer-position acronym dictionary so I could decode all the “DM / AM / LR” terminology. Even though my kids have played soccer, I’ve never really been a fan—until now. You had me watching match highlights and even wishing I could track down a Best 77 Chester kit. Thanks for an awesome series. Thank you for crafting a world that’s been such a joy to dive into!

I just saw a video on YouTube about a dude buying a Kenyan 5th/6th division FC and now he’s taking it up the leagues, he’s showing everything he does on YouTube including all the financials. And hasn’t he mentioned even more how specifically he hates faking HEAD injuries, given his own past, and the fact that again, it’s downplaying and muddying the waters with diagnosis of something that is serious? I could be misremembering, but it’s weird that he blew past all that for a glorified photo op. You would think there would at least be some pushback, or an attempt to find another way to waste time.
