2025-05-03 20:33:39 +0000 UTCI'm really loving this arc, but I am getting more and more irritated about the way Max is treating Kumba and perhaps Henna and even certain Chester players like Lee Contreras. For all we and Max know, Kumba has done nothing but play world-class football. Max freezes out a quiet, amiable, and diligent player because of an agent's tweet. Max has no context because, for whatever reason, he won't even let Kumba (or his agent...now) talk to him. Kumba could be completely ignorant of why he's in the doghouse. Let's not forget that the multilingual morass of high-level football makes misunderstandings all too common, even when one party makes a good faith attempt to deliver unto the other party a complete and unvarnished truth. Max's monomaniacal adherence to remaining monolingual definitely will never help. And of course, Henna made one comment during a football match that turned Max against him while also, apparently, sapping any and all will Max may have had (probably did not have) to talk about and attempt to settle this issue because...yeah. Sorry for the lengthy screed, but when such a whiny little snowflake like Max keeps bullying everyone he has power over, while preaching the antithesis of his own actions, it can become irritating. We all know there are no unforgivable sins...except for hypocrisy. Yeah, hypocrisy is the worst. Who knows, I may feel different after some sleep. I am tired and did not intend to type this much. Oops.

I was googling a video (same one) of the cover before I read any further, so I can say I had an honest reaction. My eyebrows rose a bit at the first grimace and I kept watching, waiting for the weirdness. But what I saw was a man playing his heart out and turning back to make sure his band was in it with him. When I read the part about people laughing at that I was actually confused! It was a banger
