He was the same one in the chapter about the injured girl and her path to herohood. I thought i was reading it incorrectly and the coach was peter bauer but with a weir nickname ...like you know, max been max. But i guess i was wrong and it was this colin. Thank you ted.

2025-03-17 22:18:52 +0000 UTCColin hasn't quite seeped into the collective unconscious yet so maybe I have to go back and mention him a few more times. There were hints from quite far back. He was mentioned as signed but he didn't get a name in the fans forum chapter at the end of book 13. He was named a couple of times this book but Max was in Gibraltar.

Both the complete dismissal of the email- even though he remembers what Nick called the curse- and ignoring the 'thing' during the chat with Lee and Rush seems more forced than usual, even considering Max's usual Maxness.
