Rescuing Humans with your dragon Sister Description

It’s been years since you’d been able to see your old family. Not that you were desperate to see them anyway, you parted on rather unpleasant terms. But you’d maintained, or at least, attempted to maintain a relationship with your eldest sister.
It had been decades since you had turned from a human to a dragon, but you still hadn’t lost all your human qualities. You still valued human lives. Your dragon friends and family found this strange. Indeed, most dragons say humans as nothing more but slightly intelligent animals. And for good reason; humans attacked dragons, hunted them, sacrificed other humans to them. It was hard for dragons to see them as anything but animals.
You understood the dragon’s perspective. But they never could understand yours. You’d had countless fights with your adopted dragon parents about the subject. They, and your other siblings, never even tried to understand. That’s one of the reasons why you left. Just one of many reasons.
Your sister, however, did try. For that, you were grateful. But she would never understand fully. And you beginning to realize that you had to accept that.
