One that we're doing is a sort of "Christmas list adoption" thing, where an individual "adopts" a needy kid and buys them a present from their wish list. I think this is lovely and very kind, but "adoption" is $50 a kid and that's a grocery bill, so I said I would make a little gift tag that my coworkers can print off and put on the gifts that THEY buy. Kept it sweet and simple. Also my coworkers said they liked snowmen. Office artist provides what office artist can.
