Baby Itzel and Wil were actually quite close, or as close as Wil would allow herself to get without showing a scrap of weakness. Unfortunately, Wil resented her inability to control her (or Baxter's) reproductive tract, so she was dead set on controlling the kids she had hand-picked herself. Little kids are one thing, but teens are much harder to dominate.
