You can't change the first (yet), can change the second with surgery and HRT, but change the third at will. It's an artifact of being a molecular biologist and geneticist by training. Cass hasn't had the surgery and Itzel doesn't want her to. I wouldn't force Itzel to be anything another than what she is, though. E.g. even if she weren't married to Cass I'd never ship her with someone identifying as male. It's a tricky area and probably a tightrope I'm guaranteed to fall off of. It *has* led to some interesting discussions with my trans friends about the nature of sex, gender, sexual relations and how it all works, which as a cis-het demisexusl Ace, I don't always understand. But I try. In the end, I try to respect people for what they are. I'm sure Itzel would have some pointed words for me just like she did for fat-headed Scoots.

And I love that the other kids finally put a sock over Scooter's fat bill so Itzel could teach. She has a LOT of good to teach.
