HYDRA 1.0C PRO is a bit delayed

The development and testing process does not always have a "visible horizon", some events are quite difficult to predict and development becomes walking through the night forest without a flashlight. As for HYDRA 1.0C PRO. Not all testbeds have successfully completed testing (it happened in the middle of the night tonight) and due to that I have to delay the release, but you will get it this month anyway.

What is the problem at the moment? At the moment with AVX2 and FMA3 load in a multithreaded load. Often during the time when a heavy load appears in the system, the power system does not get over Vdroop fast enough, with the frequency on the CPU already set. This causes either a test crash or a system crash. All solvable, but I have to find a way that will not affect the performance of the system.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

ATM Its not recommended to use Windows 11 in general, whether on Ryzen or Intel, unless using the new Alder Lake CPUs which were specifically optimized for it, even then it's still a bit buggy.

Relax, my guy - he asked a question, and we won't learn unless we A) rely on the wisdom of experts, or B) figure it out for ourselves. He's both trying it out for himself and asking an expert for his opinion. If he's willing to take the risks, so be it. We'll all learn from his experiment, one way or the other.

I will repost here for the benefit of all: One would think people probably want to listen to the guy who actually developed and wrote the code for the program that you are using telling you NOT! to use with win 11..... Just because you don't see the problem doesn't mean is not there, must be a reason Yuri is telling us NOT to use (yet) with win 11.....oh well... hope I don't read in the next few days: hey what gives need help, I'm on win 11 and your program __________, can you help? ( fill in the blank with the problem caused by your dumb decision to not listen to the advice of the program creator).

I'm curious Yuri, What problems remain unresolved in Windows 11 ? My own experience since installing the windows patch and the AMD chip set patch has been an increase in performance and reliability across the board !

Larry

mine is working great on windows 11 .no problems at all

Ricky Campbell

Win11 still fully supported with current chipset drivers?

Thanks for the update.

how can anyone be mad at that cute kitty 😼

Thank you sir, hope you move went ok!

Thanks for the update, worth waiting for stability!

All good things are worth waiting for! You do you, Yuri! 🤙🤙

Its all good Yuri!!! Would rather have a stable release, than a rushed one my friend. Take your time man, just not to long. LOL

Hey no worries man. As a fellow software dev I know how hard it is to accurately predict "when will it be done?" Stuff always creeps up and the more complex the project the more things you run into you couldn't possibly forsee. Just keep doing that bad ass work and we'll test it when it's ready to be tested. I think we can all survive in the meantime ;)
