Itzel was given up for adoption at birth, then her adoptive parents kicked her out for being a rebellious homosexual heathen, THEN her surrogate mom Carmen (Riley's grandma) passed away. Itzel's not letting this one scarper off.
I don't think I've mentioned it, because it hasn't impacted the story, but Cass and her family are Aussie! :)
