One Fish Lake

My dear old buddies, Brak and Zorak (and Hippo).  Many a Cartoon Network hour would be wiled away by my friends and me in the 90s and early 00s, enjoying the hijinks of this derpy space alien and his favorite acerbic mantis (Tad "Space Ghost" Ghostal, not shown, was often there too).  And yes, I would be remiss if I didn't affirm that Zorak had some influence on my mantis identity.  He's green, he's olive, he's chartreuse.  He'd like to stay one color, but what's the use?

Brak and Zorak belong to Hanna-Barbera, I think.

Ham on, ham eater.

I loves me a plumb-person. I wish there were more video games about plumb-people.

Then plumb away, plumb-person! (There really ought to be a term for that)

The "Joe" demographic is an unplumbed goldmine! Unplumbed I say!

Oh, now you're just pandering to your core "Joe" audience. PLEASE CONTINUE TO DO SO!!

Space Ghost Coast To Coast (and its child The Brak Show) was stupid, pointless, meandering and so darn fun that we laughed along like hyenas. What really made early Space Ghost so hilarious was its Pee Wee Herman-esque ability to be raunchy and subversive without actually saying or doing anything to which adults or networks would object. So my little brother could watch it with impunity along with us teens.

I never actually saw that show. I didn't have cable for the VAST majority of the 1990s, you see. it was a... bad situation for me. They look rather cool. :)
