Peterbilt 350 WIP 6

Hey guys - here's the latest WIP build of the Peterbilt 350. It's very close to being a functional mod:

- the interior is progressing very well
- the windows are set up for rain
- I've started rebalancing the accessory prices and levels,
- only a few things are still missing shadows

With some finagling, the player can buy it for ~$25,000, making early-game truck ownership very attainable. The tradeoff is that the low-level engine options make gearing in the mid 5.00's necessary for heavier gross weights, and thus limits the truck to 45-50 mph top speed.

Currently, I only have double reduction gearing set up (so the lowest final drive is something like 4.67). What I want to do is have separate chassis options with SQHD rears that the player will have to level-up to and buy before they can have faster gearing. The trouble is, I'll need to model another suspension and axle set to do this. So my question to you guys is: Would it kill the initial release if the truck has 4.67 as its fastest gearing option?

Its been a few months since i had time to play the game, but i actually liked the low hp cummins (190 or 220hp??) Could have used a few more gears in the trans on the mountains though. It was alot of fun though, made you feel like you were driving back in the day. So my vote would be to release it with the low gearing that you already have setup for the truck.

For the folks that follow you, no. For the YouTubers, probably will not be able to handle high speed crashing etc.
