I'm so happy to share this one with you, cause it has been making my picking ON FIRE since i started doing it! Its been like 2 weeks since i filmed this video, and i've been running this workout daily and seeing really awesome results. Its so effective because it packs in all the difficult string changing mechanics of the picking hand with lots of shapes and movement across the neck in the fretting hand. You're gonna love it!
