I don't think they are, they are the main characters after all, to top that out, keitaro is the protagonist while taiga is the antagonist, I'm thinking taiga hates keitaro because he wants more attention or that keitaro might've did something to him from his past like stolen taiga's childhood friend, but that could the only reasons I know.

Is Hiro and Keitero the 'cannon' couple of camp buddy kind of like Toshu and ichiru are?

Yay, my Number 2 and 3 pick won! A shame Felix didn't make the cut, but Taiga, and Natsumi just had sets, so I Think it's good to give Hiro and Keitaro a turn. Besides, Keitaro is banging all the other guys in camp, so why not ad Seto to the list :3

Regarding the new poll format I personally like the idea that each and every character get the chance to be featured this way. It's nice that each and everyone gets to see their favorites at one point. For me this format has a really big downside though. When looking at the votes for each of the characters individually it's apparent that the biggest portion of patrons aren't head over heals for Eduard, Lee and Goro. So if this new format puts them into spotlight like Seto and therefore "forces" these characters onto people that's where problems could occur. On one side it's nice that the few people dedicatedly voting for them ( and before someone says I'm just writing this because I like neither of them I do vote for Goro when he's in polls) get their character but taking Eduard and Lee for example that's around 40 votes for them consistently. Dedicating whole polls to 40 out of almost 650 patrons is really weird. That being said I do like the general idea behind it and I really hope the execution for these three characters is especially thought out well if they were to appear in the same format as Seto did in this poll. So onto something nicer xD Yay that Hiro is in first place and while I personally wanted Taiga to win instead of Keitaro I'm still happy with the results ^^
