Isaac isn't very competitive in the first place so it might not be holding back so much as just not putting that much effort into it

And the official definition of ice cream would undoubtedly involve milk(or a milk-like substance for vegan ice cream if you count that) that popsicles don’t have. But by the Earl of Sandwich definition(why does this food exist and how is it used), ice cream and popsicles both are sugary frozen treats for summer, so there is that. I still say no.
