So, I’m playing an Aasimar, but people think he’s a Tiefling, because his divine heritage is, like, spooky.
MMS
Alright, fitting for the month. What class?
Trish
He’s a Fighter, but with the Magic Initiate feat so he can use Firebolt. I deliberated over subclass, because I really wanted Champion or Banneret, but eventually I went Battle Master for the maneuvers.
MMS
Oh, what maneuvers did you pick?
Trish
Evasive Footwork, Lunging Attack, and Precision Attack, to start with.
MMS
Really going for that whole “run fast and stab things with your sword” style of combat, huh?
Trish
Well, my sword and spear and longbow, but yeah.
MMS
…longbow? That doesn’t sound like it fits with your build at all.
Trish
Yeah, no, it super doesn’t.
