Updates about the edits

Hey everyone!

I wanted to give you all a quick update on the revision process. I kind of underestimated the amount of time it would take to properly edit the chapters one by one, but I'm almost done! I thought I'd share with you what I've already changed with the upcoming revision.

One of the most important changes is in the chapter "Family Time," where Adom tells his parents about the regression. I had been thinking about that one for a while, and the more I did, the less it made sense for him to just hide that. Like, his parents literally were ready to wage war against the empire for him, and he was not the one who tried to time travel—it was a supernatural event. One that succeeded, too. So, there would be little reason for his parents to see him too differently.

I'm still writing a bit of the dialogue there, and writing dialogues like that takes time since you need to make sure each character has a distinct feel, etc. Adom's mother has been the most difficult to write right now.

In the same train of thought, something also changed in Chapter 54. I won't say the details because the Mage tier hasn't read it yet, so I won't spoil, but tomorrow morning when I upload it, there will be a change concerning Sam.

I've also changed the final battle—the way it went. Some of you pointed out how it made little sense for just one Iron Wolf to show up, etc., and I had to carefully rewrite that one. It's now more tactically sound, and I think it's also more intense, higher stakes, and more satisfying in the end.

I'm waiting to properly finish all the edits before uploading them all at the same time, in case a reader is in the middle of reading, and the coherence is broken between chapters because I'm not done with one or another.
