Ordinarily I use Acidbubble's Timeline plugin to do my animations, it's incredibly versatile and fantastic for creating detailed animations - my only issue is that I find it unnecessarily difficult to create realistically random motion with it, by this I mean for example: using Timeline, when the woman lifts her hips up and then back down, they will always move in the exact same way to and from the exact same positions. After a short time, this becomes visible and it becomes very repetitive and boring.
And so I've been experimenting with some of the other animation plugins within VaM. Specifically MacGruber's IdlePoser. The way this plugin works to animate is completely different to Timeline, and in some ways much harder to figure out. I've never used it before so I'm probably still just learning, but based on my experience so far - it could be great for adding that realistic randomness to repeated motions, it makes it rather easy to do the randomness whilst maintaining the same overall motion.
Using Timeline and IdlePoser together, I may be able to create some really unique and fun scenes.
You might be able to see the difference between the two animation plugins in the video, you might not.
