April Topic Poll Final Round

All votes from Patreon's and Subscribestar's spreadsheets will be merged, so changing votes or casting more than once will negate that vote on the XOR(Exclusive OR) of the merge. (I found out how to fix it, but it's not a bug anymore. It's a feature.)
