For the Deku X Mirko Continuation topic, the poll total must be 150+ % of the runner up.
For the Dipper (Pacifica/Jackie/Wendy) topic I reserve the option to pic 1 or more of the 3 gals... Or whatever I feel like to do concerning 1 or more of the 3 gals... Guarenteed Dipper and ONE of the gals... with a possible option for more.
The final topic poll tally spreadsheets will be merged between patreon's results and subscribestar's results on march 6th at 8pm est when the polls close.

Just because a topic has won when its genre was available previously shouldn't invalidate it from being supported. When the Doctor feels like Dipper has had sufficient limelight, he'll more than likely bench him for a time. But, that day is not today lol

That was the stipulation for them to win instead of going on hiatus as would have been normal. Their support was not sufficient to secure a victory, thus, GF wins. 2023-03-07 16:54:20 +0000 UTCDropping 1 in 3 would be one way of doing it. Another would be to take the closest runner-up and giving it 50% more votes (1.5x) and see if it catches up. While you can figure out the approximate number of votes, you can still get a rough idea who is winning by just doing the math on the percentages themselves (where the poll ended, it's equivalent to "34" for Deku uand "36" for Dipper). And I will not be offended by pointing and shouts of "NEEERD". lol

2023-03-06 02:27:54 +0000 UTCI’m adding a grievance about the grievances…some people are complaining about this or that and for them it’s been maybe just a couple voting processes, I’ve been part of this Patreon from damn near the start and outside of nominating booty vacation…I have lost out in every….single…vote. Some of the winning nominations I have outright disliked, some I’ve liked, (and a handful I’ve really enjoyed) but this is the Docs Patreon and he does the damn best he can…try cutting him some slack. In the end we are here to support the doc and get some great art, so until you have lost more times here than I have…try being more understanding. We are all just trying to enjoy what we can 😁

But at the same time, I'd like you to please understand that Doc does make mistakes, and regardless of that it is his patreon. This isn't a perfect democracy. He can make whatever exceptions he wishes. I personally have difficultly understanding why some members of this audience get so upset and angry whenever the nominations and votings come around. I have my favorite characters and properties like anyone else, but I support Doc because I love his comics in general, as in ALL of them. Plenty patreons don't even let their audiences vote on the content, so please, do check yourself a bit here.

2023-03-06 00:50:53 +0000 UTCSuper Star; that's what "The Bench" is for. Characters that get nominated too frequently ultimately end up getting benched for an amount of time dictated by the Doctor. Currently, The Bench is being warmed by Teen Titans' Beast Boy and Raven as well as Autobutts' Jack Darby and Arcee, but Deku and Dipper are getting there slowly. According to the Doctor, Deku has at most 2 wins left before he'll be remanded to The Bench. This is also the chief reason I regularly advocate for fresh new topics.

All the rest of the selections were selected by the community through democracy. Sure, some mistakes were made, but try to understand that The Doctor is but a man and is human like the rest of us. As far as I know, he's running the Patreon all on his own. He isn't exempt from making mistakes. It wasn't the 1st time and it probably wont be the last. Its been brought to his attention by more than a handful of people, so what does you ranting about it in the comments section achieve besides highlighting his shortcomings? Something else that you should take into consideration is that at the end of the day, he's allowed to make any exceptions he pleases. Its *HIS* Patreon, after all. No one who supports is doing so against their will, so if they decide that him exercising those options is a deal breaker, they can choose to withdraw from further support. A little patience and understanding can go a long way.

What's the point of making rules if you're going to make exceptions!!? Some nominees were unfairly excluded for that reason, are Dipper or Mabel the only cartoon characters out there since they are always mentioned? And even how long will we stop seeing sequels!? it's already the last straw. Here they closed the new ideas to many!! And now this nomination went from being one of Cartoon to one of Anime again since it is more than obvious that Mirko and Deku will win!!. I don't want everyone to see this comment as offensive! If not, open your eyes, and try better and new ideas. And Doc, I respect and admire him, but with this, it won't be the same anymore, and I'm sure it will be for many.
