Stages of a very messy sneeze
Added 2024-08-11 03:16:38 +0000 UTCSo in DALL-E if we ask to edit previously generated outputs to introduce small additions or variations, we can create a rather convincing progression through the stages of a sneeze. It takes some careful prompting and trial-and-error, with a lot of bad generations along the way, but it is certainly possible to keep consistency between "frames".
I also then used ComfyUI and some frame interpolation nodes to create something close to an animation of the above frames which I'll post to the Extras tier. The animation isn't perfect but it's a good first attempt. As for these pictures, I'm rather happy with how this test turned out, creating a consistent slideshow of images of the same character going through the stages of a big, messy sneeze.
