As I'm sure others have said, imagine watching this live - not knowing if the show would even be renewed. It was around this time that the network the show was on merged with another network and became the CW. It was one of the very few shows that was taken to the new network, and at this point, if the only show left from the original one (no surprise there, right?) You've been giving us content at a wonderful pace. Thank you for that. Also, thank you for continuing the journey, I know it looks like a daunting hill to climb but it's totally worth it. I promise! I'm sure others have answered your question re: Meg, but just in case: Meg was a demon from the beginning, so while falling out of the building hurt the human body, it had no real effect on the demon. Think of the humans as sort of puppets or costumes for the demon. Or as John/Yellow Eyes said, "a meat-suit". I truly think the scene between John, Dean, and Sam near the end was Emmy level acting on all their parts. And it's heartbreaking that Dean knew it wasn't John, because he knew he wouldn't be getting any praise from John for saving his Sam's life. JDM was flying back and forth to film both Supernatural and Grey's Anatomy at this point. He and both Jensen and Jared (or J2 as the fandom calls them) tell stories of having to tape cue cards with his lines all over the set - including on Jared and Jensen's chests - because he was so burnt by doing both shows at once. I'm sure you're on to season 2 by now, can't wait to see the content. Take care XXOO.

GroupOfGamers - I can't even conceive of how different the experience would be for people just starting the show and binging it. I can't help but think that somethong would be missing. Because, even if you try hard and don't get spoiled much, there will still be the knowledge that the shiw, and certain characters, continue. Less impact for some things. But it is still a show that surprises people, no matter what. It's fun to watch people discovery it all. If we can just keep us viewers from spoiling things!

Took the words right out of my mouth tbh. I was ready to explain all the stuff you did just to clarify because when i binged the show a few years ago, there were so many questions lol. Can't believe you're already done with Season 1 and I am beyond excited to stay on this journey with you through Seasons 2-14+

It was like that every year. Not knowing if it would continue. Eventually, the show gained ratings and popularity e nought to be more secure, but it's been tough.

Lol. Yeah. The Poor car. Not me, though. I was worried about the boys. It was hard not knowing if the show would even cone back for another season. Then when it was renewed I just worried who would still be alive. No guarantee that any of the boys would still be around for another season. At that time Jeffrey Dean Morgan wasn't such a big deal. Not even well known. I didn't much like John at that point, so I wasn't as invested in him as I was the boys. It's them I fell in love with over that season. I did want the three to hunt together, but John and Sam''s fighting annoyed me, so I wasnt as keen on it at the time.

I was far more concerned about the Impala when I originally watched it. My reaction was NO, NOT THE CAR. Never mind the characters in the car. Haha!

Yep. Your Reaction is about the same as everyone's at this point. At the Hunter Bobby's place - I like how Sam was protecting Bobby by putting himself between Meg and Bobby. He didn't even think about it, just did it. So cute! That's our boy Sammy. About all the stuff that happened at Bobby's, and the rest of this episode - Meg said it had been a year, so she was possessed for a year. That included all of the time she'd been annoying the boys. It seems like the human being possessed was still alive in there, even with the fall that eventually killed her. The possession maybe helped keep her alive? And about the rest - well, it's a lot to learn. You'll get to understand it all over time. It can get confusing, but all the information is there. Just can take a few re-watches to understand it all. Or us telling you everything - which will likely happen. They were not exorcising Meg right away because they needed information from her, so were using the exorcism ritual to get her to tell them. That's why they took so long to do it. They needed her long enough to get information. The argument over whether to do it because of the girl dying was just them dealing with something they hadn't had to deal with before - being responsible for a girls death like that. It was a moral issue for them. It was nice to see that Sam got onto Dean's side in this episode, by realizing that getting revenge wasn't worth their lives. The ending scene always catching people off guard. It wasn't known yet if the show would be continued, so it could have been it for the show. I'm glad it continued. Don't worry, this show doesn't drag out the main story line forever. There will eventually be resolution. Now whether it's what you want to see or not is another question. People always worry about John here, because of being shot in the leg then the car accident. They seem to forget that the demon had basically filetted Dean alive there. All that blood was coming from something. So Dean was really hurt already, then the car accident.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan said that for these last three episodes he had to place his lines all over the set bc he so tired from flying to from the Supernatural set &amp; the Grey's set bc he was just working and flying ,not sleeping alot!!💙✌

''What the hell did I just watch?'' - I think everyone in the fandom shared those thoughts at this time ;). You didn't jump as much as I expected, the first time I saw this episode, the truck hitting the Impala scared the crap out of me. About Meg, she was possessed from the time her and Sam bumped into each other when he left Dean after that fight they had. So she was possessed when she fell out of the window (she also got shot in the last episode too if you remember) but her body only continued to survive because of the demon inside of her. No human could survive her injuries so as soon as the demon left, that is why she died. It didn't matter that she was possessed when she fell out of the window, without the demon in her body, it was just a broken body. I hope I've explained that well enough for you. Dean didn't put the colt in the trunk like he said he would. If you rewatch that scene, you can catch a shifty look at the end, the camera stays on his face and knowing what you know now, I think it's clear that he's lying. The brothers have definitely become close again since starting hunting together again and you are right, they will do anything for each other. It's my favourite part of the show too, I feel like with Jared &amp; Jensen's chemistry, there could be an episode about paint drying and if it included brotherly banter and bonding, I'd love it. Haha!

You are so lucky you can watch 2x01 right away and you don't have to wait forever like a lot of us did. Also, Meg was possessed from the very beginning (when she met Sam on the side of the road).
