I loved this one. The episode and reaction. I remember way back when seeing this for the 1st time. This was the episode I started really loving the show. A step up from the last one for sure. No matter how many times I re-watch this show I love it the same every time. This is so much fun.

2022-10-17 04:32:30 +0000 UTCOOOOO - I hope your mouth feels better soon! Nothing messes me up worse than a toothache or my mouth being in pain. So glad you enjoyed this episode, it's special for me for a lot of reasons. It's the first episode that Kim Manners directed - he was a legendary TV director who came out of semi retirement to work on Supernatural. He was with the show until he passed away a few years later. Jared and Jensen still credit him with a lot of what makes it such a special place to work. (Also, occasionally you'll hear the line "kick it in the ass" or a variation. That is a tribute to Kim - it was his phrase.) The layers you begin to see in Dean in this episode, is what I find the most intriguing. At first glance, you could assume he's some douchebag, womanizer who only cares about his gun and shootin' stuff. In reality, as we see with Lucas, he's wonderful with kids, can be very sensitive to other peoples pain and totally backed off hitting on Andrea when he found out that she is a recently widowed woman. He has a lot of walls up, for sure, but those brief glimpses that we get behind the walls are when he really shines for me ... and man does Jensen hit those scenes out of the park! Take care of your mouth. See you in the next one.

Dean is just so 😍😍 and, as you'll find as you go on, Jensen is just the most incredible actor. Sam's puppydog looks always get everyone talking to him! Not my favourite episode, but I'm glad you liked it. More and better to come.

2018-09-08 07:01:30 +0000 UTCHave you thought about reacting to Buffy the Vampire Slayer? Idk if you've ever watched it but I think you'd really enjoy it. Just a suggestion, though! I'm sure your schedule is full and all of that so I don't wanna push--just a friendly recommendation :)
