Moving to Discord!

i have decided that from now on im going to post FINISHED HIGH RES WORK on discord for the 5$ patrons channel.
ALSO
SKETCHES and WIPS will be posted in high res on Discord for the $2+ patrons.
I may no longer be posting anything onto patreon anymore but as long as u support me and gain access to discord theres still a point of using it.
im also using this to fight against people leaking my work so please understand how beneficial this is to me and for everyone. who knows i might still post high res sketches here at least or something. im not sure if patreon doesnt allow ppl to not post things here.

I'm sorry. I might just be confused still, but how does living it all to Discord make it more secure? Can you prevent people from saving and sharing pics from Discord? I have not had problems doing that in the past on other people's server but it may have been the settings of the server? I am not upset, btw, just asking questions. Discord has never seen more secure to me, just a different way to communicate, and I see people's art getting leaked on Discord all the time. So as a security measure I am not sure of the benefit?

2020-08-31 13:44:10 +0000 UTCpatreon isnt meant to be a tip jar, im still using it to make a living, i show only 1 image of the exclusive arts i show u guys to the public so it can gain attention and so ppl might feel more interested to pay to see the rest which is why i dont want images leaked. The plan is to make it public within a week or two for just 1 image which is in low res. still gotta pay to see alt images in higher res.

I thought you recently asked about making your Patreon more a tip jar specifically because you weren't posting exclusive art and wanted to post the art publicly right away? And also mentioned a focus on commissioned art this month? So why is there a sudden concern with leaking? I only ask because I hate those Patreons where I have to go to other sites to see the content and/or have to have a password... Especially if the plan is to make it public anyway??
