Ah but knowing the destination is not knowing the path. All the shadowman knows is this will end in his defeat perhaps killing Simon is part of that process and thus he is acting in accordance with the plan while thinking he's breaking the loop.

2025-03-14 20:12:17 +0000 UTCPart of the problem is that the flow of this part of the story would work much better if I was still posting 25-30 panel weekly updates. But having a baby in the house has really slowed my productivity down to the point where completing 15 panels a week is a struggle, and that drags down the speed of the plot to half of what it was before.
