I haven't thought too deeply about it, but I think along with the rest of her clothes it would be Scott's credit card transfigured to be Scarlett's.

My tastes run to more simple swimsuits myself either a plain one piece or two tone bikini. These seem more sunning on a beach while being fashionable than actual swimwear. I do envy her that ability not just the gender changing but just switching outfits and creating stuff by will, speaking of which was that' Scott's credit card or did she just create it out of thin air and if so would it work?
