Not sure what happened, the scheduler said it was to be made public Feb 2nd, but when I searched for it with the public filter, it didn't show up. I edited the post to remove the scheduler and simply made it public and I think it fixed whatever went wrong. You should be able to see it now. I've made a point with the red pages to never include any extra plot so that the story works without them. The red pages will also always be extra pages or panels, meaning that regular strips will always occur on the scheduled day, but if there's an extra red page, the update will include two pages (although lately it's just been replaced panels or in the future, extra panels).
