It all depends on how closely the game matches real-life physics. The pixie can probably fly because she's small like a bird, so she doesn't need huge wings. The Slime can't change their mass, so they would need wings large enough to carry their entire mass. Google says that the Great Bustard, at 35 pounds, is the heaviest bird that flies. The Slime would likely range from 100 to 200 pounds, which is quite a bit heavier. But again, this is a fantasy game, so it doesn't have to be realistic, so being three to seven times heavier probably doesn't matter. And then finally, a player could also pick a magical class, and then just levitate themselves.
