September Update

another month, another update. by the time this posts it'll be the end of my first week of class, woo. i'm aiming to be proactive and start this semester with a strong schedule so i can juggle all of the things. fingers crossed.

September Reads
some options for this month's read include
- Detransition, Baby by Torrey Peters -- Mila generously offered me a PDF copy of this, so i could hopefully read it this month
- The Woman Destroyed by Simone de Beauvoir -- my friend just bought this book and I might borrow it during an upcoming trip for labor day. it is a collection of short stories though so we'll see
- The Fifth Season by N.K. Jemisin -- shocking i know but i've never read this and a different friend loaned me her copy at the start of August, so i should get around to reading it

as always, what are y'all watching?
I'm currently watching The Resort (the last episode will be live today!) and considering doing a ten minute thoughts on that - depending what this ending is looking like. i also want to start season 2 of Reservation Dogs! and finish A League of Their Own (watched the pilot at least).
