happy August! i hope you remembered to play bones thugs n harmony this morning. i wanted to keep y'all up to date with a quick look at my plans for the month.
- 'Atlanta' series debrief finally scripted! currently working on b-roll with hopes to at least record and edit a rough cut by the end of this week.
- August reads
- Seven Days in June by Tia Williams
- Milk, Blood, Heat by Dantiel W. Moniz (this is a short story collection so i'm not terribly sure about reviewing it. but i am reading it!)
- Detransition, Baby by Torrey Peters (maybe. my loan is quickly running out)
- September content poll! now that the Atlanta video is finally in the process of getting the fuck up out my drafts, I'll be returning to y'all soon for some input on what could be next.
full disclosure, i start the next semester of school at the end of this month so this month (and Sept. tbh) might be a cluster fuck as i re-adjust to this more time consuming schedule.
last thing: what are y'all watching right now? i'm on the second season of Harley Quinn but i've been meaning to marathon First Kill for a while now. also i'm watching Nope for the second time tonight, y'all seen that yet?

YES! I feel like all of Jordan Peele's movies really need to be seen at least twice since he's just working on so many levels. And I'll try to send Detransition, Baby in a DM on here. Also, good luck with school starting up again soon!!
